Is Tenvello really private?

Yes — architecturally. There's no account, and your home data physically cannot leave your device unless you export it yourself. The only data Tenvello ever transmits is your purchase, if you subscribe — handled by your app store and RevenueCat, which never see your home data. Nothing else is collected, analysed or tracked.

What if I lose my phone?

Export a backup from time to time (Settings → Export backup) and keep it wherever you like — your own cloud drive, your computer, a USB stick. On a new phone, tap "I already have a backup" during setup and everything is restored, photos and documents included.

Which languages does it support?

English, Nederlands, Deutsch, Español and Français — the full app, including all 29 maintenance tasks and their instructions.

Does it work in the southern hemisphere?

Yes. Tell Tenvello where in the world your home is and all seasonal tasks shift to match your seasons — gutters before your autumn, not Europe's.

I rent — is it useful for me?

Absolutely. Tenvello tailors the plan to renters: you'll get the tasks that are yours (smoke detectors, appliances, drains) without the owner-only ones like roof inspections.
