Common questions
How do I back up my data?
Settings → Export backup. Save the file anywhere you like — your own cloud drive, computer or USB stick. The backup includes your plan, history, appliances, photos and documents.
How do I move to a new phone?
Export a backup on your old phone. On the new phone, open Tenvello and tap "I already have a backup" on the welcome screen, then select the file. Everything is restored.
My reminders don't arrive
Check that reminders are switched on (Settings → Monthly reminders) and that Tenvello is allowed to send notifications in your phone's system settings. Reminders arrive on the first day of a month that has tasks due.
How do I change my home details?
Settings → Home profile. After changing something (moved house, new garden, other hemisphere), use "Update plan from profile" — your history is always kept.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Erase all data. This permanently removes all Tenvello data from your device. Deleting the app has the same effect.
