Privacy Policy

The short version: Your home data — profile, plan, history, notes, costs, photos and documents — never leaves your device. Tenvello has no account and no servers of its own, and we could not access your home data even if we wanted to. The only time anything leaves your device is when you choose to subscribe or buy the upgrade: that purchase is validated through your app store and our subscription provider RevenueCat, which never sees your home data.
What data Tenvello collects
Of your home maintenance data: none. Your profile, plan, history, photos and documents are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Tenvello contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking SDKs of any kind. The only data that ever leaves your device is purchase information when you choose to pay — described under “Purchases” below.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter in Tenvello — your home profile, maintenance plan, history, notes, costs, photos and documents — is stored exclusively in the app's local storage on your own device. It is removed when you delete the app, or when you use "Erase all data" in Settings.
Backups and exports
You can export your data at any time (backups, PDF service book, calendar file). These exports are created on your device and shared only through the share destination you choose. Where an export ends up — your cloud drive, your email, a buyer of your home — is entirely under your control. We never receive a copy.
Notifications
Reminders are optional and scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
Photos
When you attach photos, Tenvello copies the images you select into its private app storage. The app does not scan or upload your photo library.
Purchases
When you start a subscription or buy the one-time upgrade, the transaction itself is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and is validated through RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider and data processor. For this, RevenueCat receives the purchase details and an anonymous, app-generated identifier — never your name, and never any of your home data. We use this only to know whether your Premium access is active and to restore your purchase on a new device. We never receive your card or payment details. If you use no paid features, no purchase data is created at all.
Children
Tenvello does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Since Tenvello collects nothing, changes are unlikely to be exciting.
